SoftWashing is the alternative to pressure washing. We use water-based, biodegradable chemicals.

They emulsify dirt and grime, breakdown bugs nests and webs as well as kill mold, mildew's, algae and bacteria, sanitizing the surface we are cleaning. SoftWashing users only 1/3 of the water of pressure washing, lasts 4 to 6 times longer and doesn't erode or possibly damage the surface like pressure washing often can. We do use pressure washing very rarely. Sometimes it’s a tool that’s needed on extremely tough surfaces or stubborn stains but needs to be used properly by someone who is trained.

SoftWashing uses basic hose water pressure to apply and rinse our SoftWashing chemicals from the surface being treated. As we treat your homes and or business all plants, shrubs and trees surrounding your property are kept safe. They are constantly watered by an employee and are even given a vitamin spray once we leave. A pressure washer should never be used when cleaning a roof, you will damage your roof and void your manufacturers warranty.

The Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association actually recommends low-pressure detergent assisted washing as the preferred and only method for cleaning asphalt roofs in order to prevent damage to the shingles.
