We were hired to soft wash the roof of this Norwalk, CT home. As you can see it is suffering from organic growth of mold, lichens, and gloeocapsa magma ( appears as black staining). Like many of our customers, this person thought that they needed a new roof. They were pleasantly surprised to achieve a new looking roof at about a tenth of the cost with soft washing.
