Process

Initial Walkthrough and Planning: Identified vulnerable landscaping, plantings, windows, and material sensitivity. This guided our safety and protection protocols.

Access Solution: Deployed our 83-foot aerial lift with track mobility. This machine fits through a standard 36-inch gate and protects turf while allowing us to boom over landscaping and reach cleaning zones without roof contact.

Application: Applied a 100% biodegradable and environmentally safe cleaning solution directly to stained areas with precision. This avoids overspray and protects all surfaces.

Rinse Procedure: Used low-pressure rinsing from a downward angle to safely clear stubborn organic growth without damaging tiles or forcing water into the home.
