Our home is located in Oxford, CT surrounded by an abundance of trees. As a result the north side of the house sees very little sunshine resulting in a green mildewy look. Daren was incredibly responsive coming up to our association and giving an estimate for softwashing the exterior. He did two of the units on the outside. Afterwards, we noticed that the bleach from the soft washing had taken the stain off a few doors and ceiling in a few areas. Daren was responsive in coming back immediately and personal fixed it by staining the areas that had been damaged. In an age of fly by night operators, Daren was first rate in making sure we were happy. Highly recommend and will use him again next time. First rate guy!

Incredible experience and beyond my expectations. My roof looks brand new and my house looks as if it was freshly painted. Wash Rite took our older roof with Black Staining, Moss Growth, and Lichen Patches, to an almost new looking appearance. They told us it would look like a new roof, and it does! We were apprehensive about the claims and nervous about all the work, but it came perfectly clean. They also took steps to protect plantings near the house, as well as the lawn, and patio set. Very little impact on the landscaping. Workers were courteous and hard working - Darren was great and fit us in his busy schedule. We'd recommend this service to anyone. A bit pricey - but totally worth the money, as it took almost 2 full days of constant work to get the roof clean. Nice job.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. I called for an estimate and Daren came out an hour later. I needed a service on very short notice, and was promised they would do everything they could to get the job done in time. And they certainly delivered. Daren and his crew came out in the pouring rain and went straight to work. They were able to tackle dirt and grime that I never thought would come off. The service left the roof looking almost brand new. The results speak for themselves and I would confidently recommend them to anyone. It's the highest compliment I can give.

Daren and Wash-Rite SoftWashing cleaned our roof this spring and I can’t say enough what an awesome job they did. All of the black streaking and mold came right off which I was shocked with. I never thought I would see my roof looking like this without replacing it which would cost me thousands of dollars. When he reached out to me to ask for a review I said I would be more than happy to do one. Daren is now taking care of our routine gutter cleans and we are also going to have him do a yearly maintenance cleaning on our house and roof so it doesn’t get out of hand again. Absolute tremendous experience and service. Wash-Rite Soft Washing was the first of my experiences with soft washing and it was an absolute phenomenal experience. Daren Micalizzi (owner) exhibited great professionalism and promptness in his work. He provided a detailed overview of the process, as well as provided tenuous care of my home. I was skeptical of the ability to remove black streaking and algae growth on my roof, but Daren assured me it would be gone, and he was 100% correct! Wash rite came out to wash my roof and siding of my new home I recently purchased. I was worried I would have to re paint the siding and install a new roof because it had a lot of moss growing on it. I was extremely surprised with the result when they were finished. I saved a lot of money going with this option and using this service, I would recommend them to anyone, they were fair priced and did a very professional job.

It was such a pleasure having Daren with Wash-Rite SoftWashing take care of all our exterior cleaning needs. They did our roof,gutter clean,deck and siding and everything looks brand new again. My biggest concern was the black streaking on our roof which also had mold and algae growth on it.Daren assured me that it would all come clean and he was 100% right! We saved a huge amount of money by not pre maturely replacing it and would highly recommended this service to anyone. Had my roof Soft Washed in the spring and it came out great! Had the house Soft Washed yesterday and wash extremely pleased! Any mildew is gone and the gutters look like new! No paint was chipped off- highly recommend Darren and his crew,!

They did a great job all in one day. My roof which is pretty bad shape looked brand new! Very happy w the results at a price that was very fair. We had an addition put on a year ago and the new roof didn't perfectly match the old roof - the older section was darker due to dirt/mildew. My contractor had warned us against power washing the roof, so we tried to do a treatment (Spray & Forget) ourselves with no results. Finally learned about soft washing and called Daren. He was super responsive to my quote request and communicated regularly about scheduling the job. The crew took great care of my property while doing the roof, which looks brand new - and you can no longer tell the difference between the old and new sides :-)!
